Warranty

Tye Crossing vests carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.  Contact us at support@tyecrossing.com if you believe your vest has a manufacturing defect.  If such a defect is vetted by Tye Crossing, the vest will be repaired, replaced or refunded at Tye Crossing’s discretion. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear (for example, torn mesh), accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, negligence, or aftermarket modifications.  It does not cover loss or theft.

Returns/Exchanges, free shipping!

If unused, returns and exchanges are offered if a vest is return-mailed within 30 days of original shipping date.  To be accepted for return or exchange, vests must be unused, in brand new, unaltered condition with no signs of wear.  That is, the vest must be ready for us to return to our stock and sell as new.  Signs of wear will be judged by Tye Crossing. Tye Crossing is not responsible if items are damaged or lost in return transit.
